2016 Dance Splash

This year we are going to celebrate Dance Splash 2016 with a MICHAEL JACKSON Medley.

We will have roughly 6 groups of 10 with the whole group coming together at the end.

It's going to be a massive undertaking but an exciting one.

At this stage we are looking at practicing every Monday afternoon at the Waikanae Memorial Hall.  Our school hall is full of furniture and when we really need it, it will have 2 classes in there while the new classes are built.  Not ideal for us but the smaller hall at the Memorial Hall will give us plenty of space to dance!  We will be rehearsing 1-3pm.

My ideas so far are to learn the popular moves from each of the following tracks.  You can click on the link for the videoclip links :)

Group 1 - Bad
Group 2 - Smooth Criminal (very long clip...)
Group 3 - Billie Jean (first time the moonwalk happened!)
Group 4 - Man in the Mirror (more of a contemporary piece with this music)
Group 5 - Thriller
Group 6 - Beat It
EVERYONE - Black or White
