We will be travelling by bus into the Michael Fowler Centre from school on Thursday 21st September. We have a rehearsal on stage at 3.20pm and will remain in Wellington until the show starts at 5pm. It is likely we will be leaving school at 2pm to make this rehearsal.
Tickets will be available at our school office and I will let everyone know when they arrive for purchase. Alternatively, there are always plenty of door sales.
All children will need a ride home after the performance. A newsletter closer to the time will be asking for those able to transport.
COSTUME
Along the FOOTLOOSE theme.... perhaps jeans and a white t-shirt with converse (Kevin Bacon 80's style), dresses for some of the girls (it's a dance routine from their school prom), maybe a couple of cowboys.... We'll talk more about this but the Youtube clips posted in this blog might help.
